We know putting yourself (or your kiddo!) on camera can feel like a big step. Here's everything you might be wondering about the video testimonial process. No fine print, just honest answers.
How will my video be used?
We may feature your video on our website, in emails, in paid or organic social media campaigns, or in other promotional materials. You’ll always be shown respectfully and only in the context of celebrating our HSA community.
Do I have to participate?
Sending your video Testimonial is 100% optional. If you’re not comfortable sending a video, we completely understand!
Will I receive anything in return?
Yes! Once we receive and approve your video, you’ll get free classes as a thank-you gift for sharing your story. 🎁
When will I get my free class reward?
Once we’ve reviewed your video and confirmed everything’s good to go, we’ll apply your free classes within 3-5 business days. We’ll also send you a quick email to let you know!
Do I need to sign anything?
Not at all! Upon uploading your Video Testimonial, you will be prompted to agree to terms of use when you upload your video. It gives us permission to share your testimonial and confirms you understand and are okay with how it might be used.
What if I don’t want my child on camera?
That’s completely up to you! You can record the testimonial yourself and simply talk about your child’s experience, no need to show them on camera. If you do want to include them, feel free to show them learning, speaking, or just having fun! We appreciate knowing about our student's perspectives directly. You can also include them by showcasing photos or clips of them facing away from the camera, but displaying they're using the program.
Can I submit more than one video?
One great video is more than enough — but if you have another story to share later (like an update on your progress), we’d love to see it!
